Lead a team to develop ML models for driving plans and monitor KPIs for improvement.
📋 Description Lead a team of ICs, driving innovation and growth. Develop strategy for Onboard Behavior ML models for driving plans. Provide technical guidance for training models at scale and efficient inference. Monitor KPIs to measure impact and drive improvement. Manage team resources and ensure proper staffing and tools. Collaborate with partner teams across the company. 🎯 Requirements Expertise in RL/ML for Planning, LLMs, VLAs/VLMs, or recommendations. Extensive programming and algorithm design experience with strong math. MS or PhD in computer science or related field. 5+ years in production ML pipelines, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 🎁 Benefits Paid time off and health insurance.
