Manager - MIS & Projects

Support and deliver Regulatory reporting and assigned finance transformation initiatives in line with business requirements, working closely with Regulatory,Financial reporting team, Technology, Data, Operations, TMO, and Business stakeholders. Contribute to departmental and cross-functional projects and initiatives , providing regular progress updates to management. Identify and promote opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness. Coordinate the project delivery and UAT activities , including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off, to support successful implementation. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial and management reporting data through established reconciliation and validation controls across finance systems. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions to support regulatory reporting and business insights and decision-making. Assist Finance teams during month-end reporting processes , monitor issues, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution and process improvements Originally posted on Himalayas
