📋 Description Act as liaison between the brand Vertical team and oversee the design, deployment, training Drive field force effectiveness through strategic partnership with stakeholders to identify Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for field leadership across AbbVie's Vertical Understand and align with enterprise strategy and drive field tool improvements in support of this Support onboarding of new teams, new hires/transfers, and field tool and process integration efforts Lead coordinated efforts with in-house and field leadership teams for list of values, segmentation 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, technical, or health-related field required; Master’s 5+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, specific experience with infield activities 5+ years of experience in supporting the implementation of new technology related systems and Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Confidence in providing subject matter expertise to director level leadership Effective prioritization of multiple simultaneously occurring tasks/initiatives 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick) Eligible to participate in long-term incentive programs
