Lead and mentor a team of Field Engineers supporting enterprise sales opportunities and technical evaluations.

📋 Description Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Field Engineers supporting enterprise and commercial sales opportunities Partner closely with Account Executives to drive technical discovery, solution design, demos, PoVs Coach Field Engineers through customer engagements and complex evaluations Establish high standards for technical excellence and customer engagement Define and scale repeatable pre-sales methodologies, playbooks, and demo environments Stay engaged with strategic opportunities and escalate complex challenges 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of customer-facing technical roles, incl. 2+ years leading SE/FE teams Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or dev-focused products in fast-growth environments Strong technical background with modern software tools, cloud platforms, and dev infra Proven ability to coach teams through complex enterprise sales cycles and technical evaluations Experience partnering with Sales leadership on territory planning, strategic accounts, and deal execution Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders
