📋 Description Oversee the Nonlinear Productivity initiative and reduce engineering friction. Review SDLC and code-generation workflows to spot friction. Prototype fixes and test durability before broader investment. Hire and manage a small team, or act as hands-on working manager. Partner with affected teams to drive internal adoption of solutions. Document learnings and measure impact toward productization. 🎯 Requirements Proven track record shipping technical fixes for developer productivity. Experience with CI/CD, platform friction, or internal tooling. Comfort operating with ambiguity and building a roadmap. People management experience in small teams.
