Manager, DevOps and Engineering

📋 Description Manage and mentor a global AI Platform DevOps team. Coordinate delivery with US-based technical leadership across time zones. Own sprint planning, delivery cadence, and progress reporting. Ensure technical quality through code reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering standards. Collaborate with the Principal Architect and AI/ML Engineering Lead on technical direction. Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and ensure smooth collaboration. 🎯 Requirements Agile team leadership: 4+ years as Engineering Manager and 10+ years engineering experience. Enterprise AI platform infra development experience with leadership and hands-on roles. Experience deploying AI/ML platforms (LLMs, embeddings) and vector DBs (LanceDB). Experience with AWS core services (S3, IAM, EKS, Bedrock), Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform). Strong cross-geography communication and distributed-team coordination across time zones.
