📋 Description Own end-to-end data science workstreams from scoping to communicating results. Apply ML, NLP, and AI frameworks to marketing analytics problems. Mentor and guide a small data science team with prioritization. Shape NAMER Data Science roadmap; pilot new methods. Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and account leads to tie DS work to outcomes. Stay current on LLMs, DL, and marketing measurement; apply to toolkit. 🎯 Requirements 2-5 years in data science, with at least 2 years in marketing analytics. Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, CS, or related quantitative field. Strong Python; hands-on ML with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch. Modeling fundamentals: regression, classification, clustering, time-series, experimental design. Familiarity with LLMs and NLP tooling; practical applications.
