📋 Description Lead a service team to maintain property upkeep and repairs. Diagnose HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall issues. Schedule and supervise all in-house and vendor work. Be willing to share on-call with team members. Customer-service driven approach to improve occupancy. Training and internal growth opportunities provided. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years trade-related experience with 2+ years in supervision. Strong working knowledge of building maintenance. EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I/II or Universal). Hands-on HVAC repair experience required. Computer skills to manage work orders and scheduling.
