Responsibilities Explore and analyze large datasets. Perform feature engineering and model development. Train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models. Collaborate with engineers on model deployment. Document and present analytical results. Scale machine learning models and serve them in production. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch/ TensorFlow. MLOps frameworks and methodologies (Seldon, Kubeflow, MLflow, Azure or Bedrock tech stack). Experience in training machine learning models for applications such as anomaly detection, computer vision, and recommendation systems. Experience in Databricks as well as cloud providers like AWS/Azure is strongly desired. Fluent communication skills in English and Polish. Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month.
