Machine Learning Engineer Lead

📋 Description Lead and mentor the team, fostering skill development and best practices. Guide the creation of SPECs and ensure clear documentation. Act as main contact for stakeholders, aligning tech and business goals. Develop and optimize data and ML solutions, ensuring scalability and monitoring. Oversee full lifecycle of data pipelines and models from EDA to deployment. Build POCs to validate and refine solutions. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading and mentoring data teams, guiding technical decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience implementing ML systems, including model lifecycle and monitoring.
