Technical Business Analyst

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise applications, data replication, system integrations and digital platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to gather requirements, analyse system dependencies, support solution delivery and ensure reliable data exchange across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements. Conduct impact assessments, process analysis and solution design reviews. Support enterprise data replication and integration services, including Oracle GoldenGate (OGG). Analyse data flows, mappings, system dependencies and integration requirements. Troubleshoot data discrepancies, replication issues and system integration failures. Collaborate with developers, database administrators, infrastructure teams and vendors. Support platform enhancements, application modernisation and cloud adoption initiatives. Coordinate SIT, UAT, integration testing, deployment and production verification. Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions. Support security audits, vulnerability remediation and regulatory compliance. Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications and operational procedures. Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Support or Enterprise Data Platforms. Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and technical analysis. Good knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, data replication and system integrations. Familiarity with Oracle GoldenGate (OGG), Change Data Capture (CDC) or similar technologies. Understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, authentication and integration patterns. Experience in SIT, UAT, deployment coordination and production support. Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps. Understanding of AWS, cloud platforms, Kubernetes and containerised applications. Basic knowledge of Linux/RHEL, networking, firewalls, load balancers and infrastructure troubleshooting. Familiarity with data migration, reconciliation, validation and data quality management. Understanding of cybersecurity, vulnerability management and technology audits. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills. Added Advantages Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or government technology environments. Hands-on exposure to Oracle GoldenGate and enterprise data exchange platforms. Experience with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), integration middleware and monitoring tools.
