About the role
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to shape customer engagement strategies within a fast-growing digital health and wellness technology environment. You will design and optimize lifecycle campaigns that help users discover valuable tools, deepen platform adoption, and achieve long-term success. Working across marketing, product, customer experience, and partnerships teams, you will influence retention and expansion initiatives. You will use customer insights, behavioral data, and experimentation to create meaningful journeys throughout the user lifecycle. This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys building campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving measurable business outcomes. You will contribute directly to improving customer experiences while helping a mission-driven platform expand its impact globally. Accountabilities: As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will own the execution and optimization of customer lifecycle initiatives designed to increase engagement, retention, and expansion. You will build targeted campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to improve the customer journey. Build and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email and in-app messaging to help users discover relevant tools and features. Develop segmented, behavior-triggered campaigns aligned with key customer moments such as onboarding, plan changes, engagement milestones, and retention opportunities. Support expansion initiatives by helping users identify additional solutions that match their evolving needs. Incorporate customer engagement signals into risk scoring and support early intervention and re-engagement campaigns. Manage relationships with integration partners and support partner activation initiatives. Execute co-marketing campaigns including email communications, in-app promotions, webinars, and partner content initiatives. Monitor lifecycle funnel performance, including adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics. Analyze customer behavior data using tools such as HubSpot, Pendo, Amplitude, or similar platforms to identify opportunities for improvement. Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and campaign approaches to continuously optimize performance. Collaborate with Product, Customer Experience, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with customer needs and business goals. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a customer-focused lifecycle marketer with experience building data-driven campaigns and improving retention within SaaS or technology environments. 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, partnership marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company. Experience creating and executing segmented, behavior-triggered email and in-app campaigns. Understanding of retention and expansion metrics such as cohorts, attach rates, customer lifetime value, and engagement trends. Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with in-app messaging platforms such as Pendo. Ability to analyze funnel reports and interpret customer behavior data through analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms. Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Customer Experience, and Partnerships teams. Outcome-oriented mindset focused on measurable customer and business impact rather than campaign volume alone. Ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused messaging. Strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle strategy, and product-led growth principles. Bonus: Experience in health technology, electronic health records (EHR), or wellness-related industries. Benefits: Competitive base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 CAD . Remote-first work environment with flexibility and autonomy. Health, dental, and vision benefits from day one. Company RRSP program with employer-matched contributions. Unlimited vacation policy focused on trust and flexibility. Generous paid parental leave and family-building support programs. Annual learning and development allowance to support professional growth. Health and wellness allowance to support personal well-being. Home office allowance to create a productive remote workspace. Digital mental health support services. Regular team events, virtual gatherings, and opportunities for connection across North America. Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven platform improving healthcare and wellness experiences worldwide.
