Strong understanding of player flow, narrative pacing, gameplay readability, and objective-driven content design. Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create implementation-ready design materials. Collaborative working style and comfort giving and receiving feedback across disciplines. Nice to have: Experience with Unreal Engine Sequencer for scripted or cinematic gameplay moments.
