Lead UX Designer

Salary: $116,000 - 192,500 per year Requirements: 7–10 years of product or UX design experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex workflows. Proven ability to lead and mentor designers and strengthen the quality of a teams work. Strong command of modern design tools such as Figma and familiarity with research tools such as Maze or Marvin. Experience using AI tools and processes to accelerate design and research, and AI-assisted tools to build and iterate on coded prototypes. Ability to use design systems to create consistent experiences across platforms. Strategic, collaborative approach; able to navigate ambiguity, seek measurable outcomes, and connect design impact to business value. Experience in financial services, enterprise, SaaS, or B2B is a plus. Responsibilities: Set design direction and raise standards across our digital products. Mentor and develop designers, encouraging innovation, curiosity, and continuous learning. Guide teams through ambiguity toward clarity and alignment. Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements, align around user needs, and shape product strategy. Champion our design system to support consistency, scalability, and cohesion over time. Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate solutions and strengthen collaboration. Conduct user research and translate insights into designs that deliver measurable results. Present and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders and clients, connecting those decisions to business value. Develop concepts into testable experiences, selecting appropriate deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and information architecture. Produce polished, pixel-accurate UI deliverables that translate into production-ready components.
