Lead UX Designer

📋 Description Own significant design problems as hands-on contributor, setting quality. Define and drive UX outcomes for live features and long-term bets. Lead and mentor UI/UX designers through collaboration and review. Work within a live-service cadence, balancing features, events, and UI. Own UI/UX process, aligning product, design, engineering, art, and live ops. Present design intent to stakeholders, driving designs to completion. 🎯 Requirements Education in Interaction Design, HCI, cognitive science, psychology, or related field. Portfolio demonstrating human-centered and visual design; shipped product preferred. 8+ years as UI/UX or Product Designer, preferably in video games. Shipped titles in Lead UX Designer role, preferably mobile free-to-play. Experience designing for mobile, F2P, live-service games inside a design system.
