Lead UiPath RPA Engineer

Salary: $108000 - 216000 per year Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field U.S. Citizenship is required An active government clearance or the ability to pass an IRS background investigation At least 4 years of experience in UiPath development, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding Minimum of 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming, including languages such as C#, VB.NET, Java, or Python Proven experience in developing multiple production-grade unattended automations using REFramework Verified experience in building production-grade Document Understanding automations Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: As a Senior UiPath Developer at OTOT, I will engage in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions utilizing the full ecosystem of UiPath—including Orchestrator and Document Understanding. My role involves collaborating closely with business analysts, solution architects, and federal clients to transform manual processes into automated, measurable workflows that provide immediate value. I will be responsible for: Designing, constructing, and launching production-level unattended automations using UiPath Studio and REFramework Configuring Document Understanding (DU) components, such as Taxonomy Manager, Data Extraction, Validation, and Classification, to manage, extract, and validate data from large document collections Developing and refining Form Extractor and ML Skill-based classifiers and extractors Monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing existing automations in production via UiPath Orchestrator Creating prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate new methodologies and emerging capabilities in UiPath Exploring and implementing AI/ML, OCR, and intelligent automation techniques to advance automation maturity Showing and instructing clients on automations while providing operational support as necessary Assisting in establishing automation governance, documentation standards, and code review practices Mentoring junior developers, reviewing code for quality, and guiding them on best practices within REFramework and DU workflows Technologies: AI C# Support Java Process Mining Python RPA UiPath More: At Solstice Analytics, we thrive on the evolution of technology.
