will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an
analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong
portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our
product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.  Someone who has been working as a UI/UX Designer for at least 4-7 years.
2. Proven ability to plan and conduct all UX Design activities independently.
3. Ability to translate user insights and needs into concepts, User flows, and screens.
4. Exceptional design talent with strong attention to detail.
5. Proficient with leading design softwares like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop & Illustrator.
6. Good understanding of Interaction Design and User Experience Design with ability to step in to take Visual Design works.
7. Being able to make quick, high fidelity, prototypes.
8. Experience with usability engineering is a plus.
9. A team player who wants to do great work.
10. Good communication and convincing skills.
11. Bachelor/Masters in design / UX Certification(HFI) is a plus.
12. Must have an impressive portfolio with relevant case studies.
