Lead Test Engineer

📋 Description Mentor a team of test engineers; drive engineering excellence in test development. Act as technical authority with architecture/design teams to shape test concepts. Architect/test platforms; set design-for-test rules; provide early feedback. Lead wafer, package, and system tests for silicon photonics; mentor juniors. Oversee test software development for execution, analysis, and extraction.
