Systems Engineer

Salary: $108000 - 157000 per year Requirements: We require a degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 4 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, we require a minimum of 10 years of directly related experience. We require an active Top Secret clearance. We value strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-moving, evolving environment. We prefer experience designing, building, testing, and optimizing complex communications systems for military use, such as SATCOM and line-of-sight systems. We prefer experience using RF lab test equipment, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and power meters. We prefer experience supporting customer meetings, technical reviews, and major program milestone events. We prefer familiarity with DOD/DOW encryption products and cybersecurity. Responsibilities: We lead and support vehicle integration activities with a focus on mechanical components for the TITAN program. We design and integrate power systems, interconnect cabling, and mechanical assemblies within TITAN vehicles. We work with the manufacturing team to ensure engineering processes are properly applied and followed. We conduct and assist with system integration and testing efforts. We prepare and deliver project updates to teammates and stakeholders. We collaborate effectively across disciplines to achieve program goals. We may travel up to 20% of the time to support project requirements.
