Lead Software Engineer (Python)

Requirements:
Several years of commercial software development experience with Python . Experience building complex, reliable, and mission-critical systems. A proven track record of contributing to challenging technology projects. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent technical decisions. A high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability. Experience working with existing codebases and extending established solutions. Willingness to learn new technologies and deepen domain knowledge. Nice to have: Experience with Go . Knowledge of networking, network infrastructure, or distributed systems . Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, aviation, or other technically demanding domains. Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership. Practical experience using AI in software development.

Daily tasks: - Designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable systems.
