Lead Software Engineer (Java & AI-Driven Development)

📋 Description Drive technical direction for major WFM capabilities and cross-functional initiatives. Design and develop scalable, secure server-side solutions using Java. Define and promote architecture standards, engineering best practices, and reusable patterns. Lead design reviews and architectural decisions for complex challenges. Own and evolve AI-assisted development practices, with coding agents, workflows, and guardrails. Translate complex business requirements into technical architecture and milestones. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years of software engineering experience with Java web development. Proven experience leading architecture and initiatives across multiple teams. Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, JUnit, Mockito. Experience building and supporting complex enterprise-scale, multi-tier apps. Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and agentic AI concepts.
