Lead Software Engineer

Salary: $71000 - 111000 per year Requirements: Strong command of C and C++ for building portable, maintainable software across multiple platforms. Solid understanding of operating system fundamentals, including memory handling, threading, and process isolation. Hands-on experience with cryptography, such as symmetric and asymmetric encryption, key administration, and TLS/SSL. Strong Java development background, including ownership of SDK layers and cross-language integration. Experience with build engineering tools and practices, including CMake, CI/CD pipelines, and release coordination. Responsibilities: Lead technical direction for the cryptographic engine and associated SDKs across several platforms. Architect, develop, and evaluate cryptographic features in C and C++ with a focus on security and performance. Drive feature delivery from initial requirements through deployment, including API design and platform certification. Define coding conventions, testing approaches, and peer review practices to uphold a high-quality codebase. Partner with QA and customer support to troubleshoot and resolve cryptographic and platform-specific issues.
