What we're looking for
\- You have 2 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer or data-engineer. You worked on high-growth projects on any AWS or GCP Cloud.
\- With the help of the founders, you understanding of the business problem the software is solving and you are focused on analytics and reliability : KPIs, logs, boards.
\- You are fluent with different languages both in front-end and back-end (such as PHP, Python). On top, you have experience with frameworks such as Symfony/Laravel, Django or similar.
\- You understand how to build predictive pipelines and models that empowers business value, and have experience with an ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or SciKit Learn
\- You like the beauty of a nice algorithm or a great software architecture. You like to think that your code is a piece of art.
\- You are very organized, and know how to work with Git on a daily basis, with a great sense for setting up branches with the team.
\- You don't like to maintain code or servers manually, that's why you like unit tests and continuous integration.
\- You are a good with communications with the team and with other experts in the field. You like to participate in conferences or meetups.
\- You would like to work in a sports business environment. If you don't know anything about golf that's not a problem. But if you like it, it's a great plus!
Responsibilities
Provides technical leadership to the whole team, delivering a vision for work requirements in order to reach the company objectives
Own the technical scope of sprints in an agile process, and manage priorities, deadlines and deliverables
Ensure the effective performance of product, and take proactive actions to identify and resolve issues before they impact users
Lead the engineering design of new features, with a team involving mobile developers and data-scientists
Produce your own code, to implement new features into our mobile or web apps
Maintain APIs and cloud infrastructure
Mentor other team members on design techniques, and conduct technical assessments
Maintain a sufficient technical documentation
Qualifications
Proven experience on web and mobile-based developments in a team-work environment
Languages : Python / PHP / HTML-CSS-JS
Clouds : AWS (EC2, S3, API GW, Lambda), GCP (Firebase)
Professional English needed, French is a plus
Computer Science degree is a plus

The job can be either in Paris (Le Tremplin, Porte de Saint-Cloud, Paris 16e) - or in Annecy (if you are an outdoor person this is the greatest place to be).
