📋 Description Establish and deliver the quality strategy blending automation and manual testing Manage and lead a quality team of SDETs, Test Analysts, and TA lead Accountable for quality of all deliverables, workflows, and team relationships Collaborate with development directors and PMs to align on quality strategy Forecast and manage test schedules, dependencies and resources Champion best practices and customer experience in software development 🎯 Requirements Passion for Quality Assurance and software engineering Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C#) 5+ years of software engineering experience Architecture and creation of automation frameworks, test harnesses, and QA tools 4+ years of hands-on testing experience Experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, Playwright or Appium
