With offices in Warsaw and Gdansk, and strong global partnerships, we foster a dynamic, multicultural environment that promotes diversity and international opportunities.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Lead Product Owner to join the Product Cluster Online Sales.In this role, you will act as the key link between Business Product Owners and development teams, ensuring that business initiatives are properly assessed, prioritized, planned, and delivered across the cluster.You will oversee the delivery roadmap across multiple teams, coordinate dependencies, support investment and feasibility assessments, and ensure that the cluster's delivery capacity is aligned with business priorities. The role combines product ownership, delivery governance, and portfolio coordination responsibilities in a complex multi-team environment.How you will get the job doneowning and maintaining the delivery roadmap across the Product Cluster Online Salesaligning business priorities, delivery commitments, and team capacity across multiple development teamscoordinating planning and sequencing of initiatives, including management of cross-team dependencies and delivery trade-offsproviding visibility into upcoming work, capacity constraints, delivery risks, and roadmap progress to stakeholders and leadershipleading initial assessments of new business initiatives and demandscoordinating high-level effort estimations and technical feasibility assessments with engineering teams and architectsidentifying risks, dependencies, assumptions, and implementation constraints early in the delivery lifecyclesupporting prioritisation and investment decisions based on business value, complexity, and delivery capacityensuring initiatives are sufficiently defined and ready before entering delivery planning and executionoverseeing delivery progress across multiple teams and proactively addressing bottlenecks, escalations, and delivery challengessupporting release planning and coordination of initiatives impacting multiple products and platformspartnering with Business Product Owners to translate business priorities into executable delivery planscollaborating with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, UX, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery alignmentfacilitating decision-making around priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing across teamssupporting and mentoring Product Owners while driving consistent product ownership and backlog management practices across the clusterSkills and experience you will needfluency in English (C1)5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, IT Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or similar role within software deliveryproven experience managing delivery roadmaps across multiple teamsstrong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycleexperience conducting feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and delivery planningstrong understanding of dependencies, capacity planning, and delivery governanceexperience working with multiple stakeholder groups in a matrix organisationexcellent organisational, communication, and facilitation skillsability to balance business expectations with technical constraints and delivery realitiesexperience working closely with software engineering teams, architects, and Business Product OwnersNice to haveexperience in insurance, financial services, or regulated environmentsfamiliarity with API-based architectures and backend dependenciesfluent spoken and written Germanexperience working with user-facing applications in regulated markets (e.g. insurance or banking)basic UX understanding and ability to identify real user needs in digital productsexperience working with design tools such as FigmaPerks & BenefitsLet's be healthyMedical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.Let's be balancedWork-life balance is a key aspect of a healthy workplace.
