📋 Description Own MarTech vision and roadmap, including CRM, tracking, and data infra. Build measurement capabilities across paid, organic, partner channels. Partner with Marketing to optimize audience targeting and lifecycle messaging. Lead audience segmentation, activation, and first-party data using Snowflake/Hightouch. Own enrollment experience, optimizing for conversion and personalization. Define metrics, manage vendors, and prioritize investments for ROI. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in Product Management, with MarTech and growth platforms. Deep CRM, CDP, data activation, attribution, and tracking. Experience partnering with Marketing to scale paid media, SEO/SEM. Experience leading MarTech consolidations or CRM migrations. Strong analytics with data warehouses, product analytics, and experimentation.
