Design launch, run, prove, and expand loops for enterprise customers. Build product surfaces that reduce manual CS/GTM work and show value. Drive customer discovery across L&D, learners, sales, CS, design, data, and eng. Define the product scorecard for enterprise readiness: activation, completion, renewal. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of hands-on product experience, plus Product Lead. Strong B2B, enterprise SaaS, admin/reporting, or dual-motion experience. Evidence of building product systems from messy customer demand. Strong written communication and cross-functional leadership. Comfort working with revenue-facing teams while keeping product judgment independent.
