📋 Description Lead design across Vantage Compute products, setting vision and craft. Manage and mentor another designer while remaining IC. Leverage AI tools to accelerate design from concept to high-fidelity. Partner with Product and Engineering to ship pixel-perfect, user-centered experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions. Maintain and scale the design system for consistency and speed. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of product design with a shipped portfolio. Exceptional visual and interaction design skills; eyes for detail. Experience mentoring designers; formal mgmt a plus. Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate design work.
