📋 Description Lead Oracle and PostgreSQL data platforms powering global financial systems. Design, optimize, and scale OLTP/OLAP databases. Plan releases, review critical code, ensure performance and reliability. Lead a small team; set priorities and promote best practices. Collaborate with platform/data teams to integrate Oracle data with pipelines and AI workloads. Hands-on leadership focused on performance tuning and process improvement. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years Oracle SQL/PLSQL development; OCP ideal. OLTP/OLAP design and performance optimization. Experience building and supporting 24x7 high-availability systems. Query tuning, indexing, partitioning; AWR/ASH diagnostics. Lead/mentor a team (2+ developers) and Git proficiency. Bachelor's degree; English proficiency (B2+).
