📋 Description Oversee and guide a growing team of ML engineers and data scientists. Serve as Pod Lead to drive delivery of ML solutions. Ensure timely, high-quality outputs on complex ML projects. Manage ML projects end-to-end from concept to deployment. Build strong client relationships and explain complex concepts. Participate in sales as SME, scoping SOWs and estimates. 🎯 Requirements Leadership and management experience of technical staff. 5+ years of experience in machine learning and data science. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of data scientists and ML engineers. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
