Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Hybrid Cloud & Automation

Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience At least 5 years of Microsoft Windows experience, including requirements development, systems design, integration, and validation At least 5 years of Azure or AWS experience implementing enterprise-scale identity management and hybrid automation solutions Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 7.x, DAAS, Gateway, NetScaler, and Machine Creation Services (MCS) provisioning Proficiency in DevOps principles and automation tools, including Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, and ARM templates Experience with Active Directory, DNS, networking, virtualization, containerization, and Entra, Azure, or AWS services Ability to design highly resilient solutions and explain technical concepts to audiences with varied backgrounds and levels of seniority Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft certifications are preferred Responsibilities: Architect and implement scalable, secure Windows, Citrix, AWS, and Azure environments, applying software engineering practices with an emphasis on automation and zero-trust architecture Administer and support large-scale on-premises and hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure, including identity and access management systems Build automation processes with PowerShell, Bash, and Python to streamline Windows and Azure technologies and security and compliance tools Work with cybersecurity teams to advance security initiatives, including threat management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Promote, implement, and mentor teams in adopting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and reporting for global infrastructure, covering uptime, performance, and capacity management Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive infrastructure initiatives Technologies: ARM AWS Active Directory Architect Azure Bash Citrix Cloud DevOps Support PowerShell Python Security Terraform Windows More: At EPAM, were looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to help shape the future of digital innovation.
