📋 Description Lead the team to enable other engineering teams to build secure, reliable services. Make technical decisions and own the roadmap for platform reliability and security. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in reliability and security outcomes. Uphold high standards: encryption at rest/in transit and DR/BCP across regions. Collaborate to discover and estimate solution options for strategic initiatives. Deliver technical solutions within estimated timeframes. 🎯 Requirements Building Resilient Platform Operations: incident playbooks, SLOs/SLIs. Securing Distributed Cloud Architectures: Kubernetes, policies, guardrails. SAST & DAST, CI/CD, tooling (GitHub/GitLab/Jenkins/Snyk). AWS DR/BCP across multiple regions. Authentication/Authorization: CIAM, OAuth2, OpenID. Bachelor’s Degree in CS or equivalent experience. 🎁 Benefits Flexible work policy with a work-from-home stipend.
