Salary: $182000 - 247000 per year Requirements: We require an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance, with clearances active within the past 24 months also considered active. Responsibilities: We serve as the technical authority and hands-on lead for the CI/CD infrastructure team, setting platform direction and upholding quality standards across delivery infrastructure. We own end-to-end CI/CD pipeline architecture, including topology, modularity standards, shared pipeline libraries, and build system strategy to support a growing engineering organization. We provide technical leadership for the CI/CD team by conducting architecture reviews, mentoring engineers, and enforcing platform engineering standards. We work to reduce pipeline friction, improve build performance, monitor system metrics, and deliver self-service tooling and onboarding materials. We maintain the Developer Platforms technical roadmap, balancing new capabilities, security improvements, reliability investments, and technical debt reduction. We partner with engineers to ensure the platform meets technical and program needs. We lead best practices for development, documentation, and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems across automated testing, DevSecOps, platform engineering, code scanning, and related domains. We streamline tools for software build, testing, integration, and automation to eliminate waste and inefficiency in the engineering lifecycle. We collaborate with product teams to define their unique software tooling and DevSecOps needs. We work with tools and services such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, and static code analysis solutions. We analyze safety-critical software to confirm compliance and program-level benchmarks are achieved. We collaborate across functions to resolve complex engineering challenges.
