Job Title: Lead Developer – ServiceNow Experience: 6 to 8 years Job Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer – ServiceNow to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with expertise across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), scripting, and third-party integrations. This role requires strong technical leadership and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow applications and modules across ITSM, ITOM, and SPM. Architect and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices. Develop and maintain complex server-side and client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.). Manage and build integration solutions between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Provide technical guidance to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development methodologies. Monitor platform health and perform performance tuning as needed. Stay current with new ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Experience: 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration. Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management), and SPM (formerly ITBM). Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (both client and server-side). Experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers. Familiarity with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation capabilities. Proven experience in handling complex ServiceNow projects and leading development teams. Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies in ServiceNow environments. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
