Lead Commercial HVAC Installer

📋 Description Remove and replace commercial heating and cooling equipment. Install VAV and VRF systems with building controls. Run low-voltage control wiring and rough-in work. Assist with light sheet metal fabrication and installation. Follow codes and regulations. Communicate with customers on-site to explain work. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years hands-on HVAC experience. Commercial HVAC experience preferred. Direct subcontractors and internal installers. Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and docs. EPA Universal certification required; OSHA 10.
