Lead Business Analyst

Salary: 1000-1000 PLN/day on B2B Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office) Why choose this offer? The project aims to ensure the secure and efficient migration of NAS platforms , supporting business continuity and operational stability across the organization. You will work closely with Business Analysts , stakeholders, Release Management teams and project leads to coordinate migration activities and track progress against agreed timelines. A key part of the role will be maintaining and developing Power BI reporting solutions, providing visibility into project performance and migration status. The position combines leadership, stakeholder engagement and reporting responsibilities, offering the opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure transformation initiatives. You will join an international environment where collaboration, communication and data-driven decision-making play a central role in the successful delivery of strategic objectives. Responsibilities you'll have Leading the team of Business Analysts Planning storage migration activities across defined timelines Participating in and leading NAS migration initiatives Collaborating with Release Management throughout migration projects Owning, maintaining and enhancing Power BI dashboards Communicating with stakeholders on a daily basis Preparing weekly and monthly reporting for managemen Following up on requests from management and Project Managers Monitoring migration progress and providing regular status updates Expected competences and knowledge Strong knowledge of NAS technologies , including CIFS/SMB and NFS Background in Network Attached Storage (NAS) migrations Understanding of storage environments and migration processes Good working knowledge of Power Apps Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard management Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Familiarity with SharePoint trackers and reporting tools Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a dynamic environment Fluent English , both written and spoken Knowledge of DataDobi StorageMAP will be an advantage Technologies you'll work with NAS (Network Attached Storage) CIFS / SMB NFS Power BI Power Apps Microsoft Excel SharePoint DataDobi StorageMAP Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
