Job Summary This job involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and testability. It requires refining QA methodologies and leading defect resolution. The role includes mentoring junior engineers and advocating for new service trials. Job Description Responsibilities: Collaborating with Product Development teams to delineate product and technical requirements, emphasizing testability and verification within the product design Refining Quality Assurance methodologies and test philosophies to suit the unique requirements of the media technology sector Authoring test strategies and plans, developing detailed test cases, and overseeing their execution and automation by Quality Assurance Engineers Reviewing literature and patents to inform solutions for complex project challenges Participating in technical reviews throughout product development stages to enable comprehensive white-box test design Leading problem identification and defect resolution processes, initiating bug investigations, and driving issue resolution Mentoring junior Quality Assurance Engineers and providing technical leadership to promote a culture of expertise and continuous improvement Advocating for the trial of new infrastructure designs and services, collaborating with vendors for problem-solving when necessary Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
