Lead Analyst, Operational Excellence

📋 Description Analyze sales, quoting, and operations performance data to identify trends and root causes of Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams Support definition of improvement roadmaps for quoting and large deal teams Contribute to development of quoting models, algorithms, and performance tools Conduct deep-dive analyses to improve quote accuracy, pricing discipline, and conversion rates 🎯 Requirements 4–7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools Experience working with large and complex data sets Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly 🎁 Benefits Competitive benefits package 401(k) match Medical, dental and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, floating and fixed holidays, maternity and EAP and other wellbeing resources
