Lead AI Engineer (Machine Learning)

Salary: $193000 - 241000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies, or a Masters degree in these fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience A minimum of 4 years of programming experience using Python, Go, Scala, or Java 6 years of experience in deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or similar private cloud) Experience in designing, developing, and supporting AI services Familiarity with developing AI and ML technologies such as LLM Inference, Similarity Search and VectorDBs, and Guardrails using programming languages like Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang Proficiency in enhancing training and inference software for improved hardware utilization, latency, and cost efficiency Dedication to staying updated with the latest AI research and a proven ability to apply innovative techniques in production settings Responsibilities: Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, research scientists, technical program managers, and product managers to create AI-driven products that enhance workflows and customer interactions at Solstice Analytics Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain AI software components, including foundation model training, large language model inference, similarity search, and governance Utilize a wide range of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies, including AWS Ultraclusters and PyTorch Innovate and apply state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to enhance the performance of large-scale production AI systems Help shape the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems at Solstice Analytics Technologies: AI AWS Azure C# Cloud Golang Hardware Java LLM Machine Learning PyTorch Python Scala Support More: At Solstice Analytics, we are pioneering responsible AI systems, transforming banking for the better.
