L3 Server Infrastructure Lead (Windows Server, VMware & Intune/SCCM)

📋 Description Provide L3 support for Windows Server incidents, alerts and technical escalations. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments. Manage monthly patching and emergency patching for critical CVEs. Administer Group Policy, server hardening and standard image compliance. Support service accounts, IIS provisioning, certificates and OS-level requests. Coordinate with Security for vulnerability remediation and Microsoft Defender posture. 🎯 Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, Windows Server, VMware and endpoint Global 24x7x365 support across APAC, EMEA and NLAM, including coordination and technical leadership Strong enterprise experience in Windows Server administration. Hands-on expertise with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. Strong VMware ESXi/vCenter administration and troubleshooting experience.
