L2 Support Engineer (SailPoint)

This is a 6-month agency contract role (extendable/renewable) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES · Provide L2 support for SailPoint and related integrations · Investigate and resolve incidents, access requests, and platform issues within SLA · Monitor platform health, workflows, connectors, and batch jobs · Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures · Support upgrades, releases, audits, and compliance requirements · Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations JOB REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science. · Atleats 3 years of SailPoint IAM support experience · Hands-on experience in user access management, provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management · Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills · Experience in Corporate Banking or Financial Services environment · Knowledge of SailPoint connectors, integrations, application onboarding, and identity synchronization · Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills · SailPoint certification is good to have Interested candidates who wish to apply for the above positions, please click "Apply now".
