You will spearhead the development, scaling, and maintenance of the internal Kubernetes platform, ensuring top-tier reliability, performance, and security for global operational excellence. This role offers a unique chance to influence cutting-edge infrastructure and drive continuous innovation.Your main responsibilities:Lead and support a small, agile team in maintaining and improving the IKP infrastructureEnsure the reliability, availability, and high performance of the Kubernetes platformCollaborate on diagnosing complex infrastructure issues, providing timely resolutionsSupport deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the Kubernetes environmentPerform root cause analysis and implement proactive reliability improvementsManage incident response and troubleshooting, including participation in 24x7 on-call rotationsWork closely with global teams to align on best practices and ensure seamless operationsYou’re ideal for this role if you have:At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes administrationStrong understanding of Kubernetes concepts, troubleshooting, and operationsExperience with containerization, orchestration, and Unix systems administrationKnowledge of ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code practicesExcellent analytical and communication skills in EnglishProven leadership skills in supporting and managing small technical teamsIt is a strong plus if you have:Experience with Service Mesh technologiesLanguage Required for the role:Fluent EnglishEligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
