Mentor and conduct code reviews for junior/mid Flutter developers — raise the bar for the whole team. Make architecture decisions for mobile: state management approach, folder structure, performance strategy. Drive the full SDLC: from requirement analysis and UI/UX collaboration to deployment and post-launch monitoring. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs (payment gateways, maps, real-time chat, push notifications). Optimize app performance, security, and user experience for large-scale applications. Own the release pipeline to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including CI/CD processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum sprints (2-week cycles), planning, and retrospectives.
