Junior Salesforce BA / Product Owner

Salary: $87000 - 115000 per year Requirements: We are looking for 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Salesforce Business Analyst We need hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments We expect exposure to Salesforce platform projects and implementations We require experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs We value experience facilitating backlog refinement sessions and sprint demos We need strong client-facing communication and presentation skills We expect the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders We require strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification or Salesforce platform experience Preferred: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification Preferred: Experience using AI-assisted productivity tools such as Salesforce Agentforce, BOB, or comparable solutions Preferred: Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile management tools Responsibilities: We gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users We translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria We maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with business and technical teams We participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives We facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings to clarify business needs We ensure stories are ready for development by validating requirements and dependencies We partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to support solution delivery We apply our understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related business processes We leverage AI-assisted tools such as watsonx orchestrate (BOB) or Salesforce Agentforce to help accelerate story creation and analysis, while final review and approval remain with the Product Owner/BA Technologies: AI Azure Cloud DevOps Support JIRA Product Owner Salesforce LESS More: We are hiring a Junior Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner to support Salesforce initiatives in Armonk, NY.
