Junior Salesforce Admin

Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Admin with 1–3 years of experience to support our team in optimizing the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of Salesforce, alongside familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential qualifications for this role. Main Responsibilities: Performing basic Salesforce configuration tasks (e.g., user management, security settings) Assisting in creating and managing reports and dashboards Supporting data import/export activities Providing user training and support Key Requirements: Basic understanding of Salesforce platform Knowledge of Jira and Confluence Good English proficiency Eagerness to learn Strong teamwork and communication skills Nice to Have: Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
