Junior QA Automation Engineer

Salary: $55000 - 62000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in computer science or a closely related field. We look for at least 2 years of QA testing experience, including both manual and automated testing. You should be proficient with XPath and CSS selectors. You need hands-on experience with front-end automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium. You must have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and testing processes. You should be able to write clear, concise, and thorough test plans and test cases. Solid SQL knowledge is required. You must be able to prioritize and deliver work in a high-pressure environment. Strong critical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills are expected. Responsibilities: We ensure the quality of our products through appropriate QA testing. We create and automate test cases. We test new features as they are developed, partnering with Product Owners and developers. We prepare and run functional and regression tests. We create and execute test cases, record and assign defects, and monitor defect progress. We contribute to test reporting and analyze test results. We help maintain high-quality application releases. We take ownership of our responsibilities and work independently. We learn quickly, think analytically, and adopt new techniques and technologies to improve our platforms. We remain effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
