Junior IT Field Service Technician (Robotics) (1-year renewable) #IAC

Job Responsibilities Install, commission, test, and maintain robotic systems at customer sites. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, sensor, and basic software faults ; perform on-site repairs and component replacement. Respond to service call-outs, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain service records. Provide technical support and basic user training to customers. Manage spare parts and escalate recurring technical issues to the engineering team. Travel to customer sites across Singapore, with occasional regional travel and after-hours support as required. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements Minimum Higher Nitec in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, field service, robotics, or automation. Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, electrical wiring, and fault diagnosis. Class 3 driving licence preferred. Willing to travel and support occasional standby or after-hours call-outs.
