Junior Helpdesk Engineer

Keystone AI is hiring a Junior Helpdesk Engineer to provide first-line support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user access, and ensure reliable IT operations and user assistance. Responsibilities: Providing first-line technical support to users. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues on user devices. Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, laptops, and peripherals. Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions (e.g., Active Directory). Supporting common business applications (MS Office, email clients, VPN, etc.). Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner. Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes (account setup, equipment provisioning). Maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles. Ensuring compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices. Must-haves: Experience as a Helpdesk / Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role for 1+ years. Good knowledge of Windows OS / Linux OS. Familiarity with Active Directory, user management, and access control. Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above. Nice to haves: Level of German – from Pre-Intermediate and above.
