Junior GenAI Developer

We are seeking a Junior GenAI Developer to support the design, development, and operation of production-grade Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), internal knowledge platforms, and AI-driven automation use cases. This is not a prompt-writing role; it is a hands-on engineering position focused on building reliable, scalable AI systems. Responsibilities Implement core RAG pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and response generation. Develop Python-based services and APIs that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) Assist in building agent-based workflows with tool/function calling Work with vector databases and hybrid search mechanisms Participate in debugging hallucinations, retrieval failures, and quality issues Write clean, testable, and maintainable code Collaborate with senior engineers to move GenAI POCs into production 2+ years of experience with Python programming and backend development Understanding of REST APIs and backend service development Basic understanding of LLMs, tokens, context windows, and hallucination Foundational knowledge of embeddings and vector search Familiarity with Git and standard software development practices Nice To Have Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs Experience with OpenSearch, Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS Understanding of RAG evaluation metrics such as faithfulness and relevance Awareness of prompt injection risks and basic security practices We offer: Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
