This is an entry-level role ideal for recent college graduates who are eager to build a career in application development and production support. This role involves working closely with clients and internal onshore/offshore teams to support application enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and assist with software deliveries. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology and problem solving are key to success in this role. The position reports to the Senior Assistant Vice President and offers hands-on exposure to enterprise systems, Agile methodologies, and insurance platforms.
